Bored? Go to the mountains and be amused!

Hello!

My name is Gasper and I come from beautiful town on the NW part of Slovenija, Bled. I can say sport is in my blood since I remember. Firstly only as “passenger” in the mountains on my father’s back, then later I was a swimmer for almost ten years. My first race was 4th of november 2000, but I started to swim in swimming club Radovljica by the end of 1998. I waved goodbye at my last race on 15th June 2008.

But then in 2014 I “rediscovered” mountains! When I was a swimmer didn’t like hiking too much, but still went for some small hills. And then came year 2014. I meet up with a friend and we went on Begunjščica and  in the next few days on a Golica. After that all the love started again!

I have visited (and counting):

This includes peaks, huts in the 3 mountain ridges in Slovenia (only 1 visit counts). My goal is to reach all peaks in Slovenia until my 50th birthday, which I have few years left. =P  In October 2018, I went to Himalaya for Everest Base Camp trek. My highest altitude was 5545 meters, Kala Patthar! But surely, I will reach higher altitude in the near future.

My signature is #tojtauzitek . What does it mean? It means – “That’s that enjoyment!”

For my hiking adventures I’m currently using my mobile Huawei Honor 8 and action camera GoPro Hero 5 Black and Nikon D3400. And for video I added DJI Mavic Air to my gadgets.
